Every building, whether residential or commercial, is unthinkable without power, lighting or air conditioning. In addition to these, there are various devices and systems that are almost taken to maximize our comfort, like ventilation, light intensity and color regulation, electric shutters, awnings and curtains, electric windows and doors, fire and alarm systems, video surveillance, audio / video intercoms, internet and WiFi, multimedia, etc.

All of these devices require users to turn on and off a multitude device on a daily basis, increasing the possibility of an error, which can have all kinds of consequences.

One of the main reasons for having a smart home system is energy care. Temperature control depending on whether or not there is someone in the house, whether it is a night when everyone is asleep, so energy and heating and cooling savings of up to 30% are possible. Also, why would a room with an open window be heated or cooled at the same temperature as in other rooms. The controls can be individual for each consumer or group, for example: lights in the living room or all the venetians in the apartment. You define consumer groups during system programming.

The automatic consumer management always depends on some prerequisite, be it weather or event. So, for example, if the wind blows too hard, the protective function of the venetian will be activated and raised so as not to damage it.

It is possible to control different devices and consumers automatically: water heater that switches on at a certain time, watering lawns and flowers depending on soil moisture, light on the terrace, depending on the intensity of light etc.

The remote control is also one of the benefits for every user. Imagine that on your return from vacation, your apartment waits ventilated and chilled/heated and a water heater is on.
