West Properties has provided a professional liability insurance policy for one million euros for the operations of its Valuations Sector.

Although our team consists of professional valuers and associates, with rich experience, who perform their work conscientiously and responsibly, according to the law and principles of the profession, deserved trust of all clients with whom we cooperate, in this way we have strengthened even more on a stable basis of the so-called "Large policy".

We believe it is important to note that since 2017, when West Properties has had an Valuations Sector, we have not had problems caused by appraisal errors that would harm third parties, but with a policy that exceeds the statutory minimum amount of professional liability insurance, we want to provide a clear signal of trust to existing and future clients.

West Properties expert team of valuers has extensive operational experience that allows efficient and expert analysis of real estate with all its contents, current or future purposes, planned investments.

We base our assessment on a detailed analysis of real estate and all its parameters: construction, urban planning, legal; then on a quality and regularly updated own database; and most important on extensive experience, independence, transparency and objectivity in drafting the report.

We conduct comprehensive assessment reports in accordance with the National Standards, Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct of a licensed valuer, as well as in accordance with the international assessment standards prescribed by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and IVSC (International Valuation Standards Council).

West Properties valuers hold a National License to conduct real estate appraisals. In addition to real estate valuation, we also make estimates of all types of movable property.

By the decision of the Minister of Justice No. 740-05-00388 / 2016-22, West Properties was entered in the Register of Legal Entities for Performing Expertise - Specialty Valuation. In our team, we have a court expert in the field of architecture who performs expertise in the field of architecture and urbanism based on the decision of the Ministry of Justice.
